Jim Bruce - Councilman

After growing up in Lunenburg County, Jim has lived in Burkeville since marrying Zora in 1997. 



Jim retired in 2020 from the Department of Corrections as Manager of the Policy Initiatives Unit after 46 years of State Service.

Currently serving on the Nottoway County Planning Commission, Jim was first elected to Town Council in 2010.
